Photo evidence levels

  1. 1. Uploaded Photo

    A photo uploaded by the advertiser. No claim about when or where it was taken.

  2. 2. Metadata Available

    The file contains camera metadata (EXIF). Informational only — EXIF can be edited.

  3. 3. Live Capture Verified

    At least 3 photos taken in the app during a short, server-issued session; the server records its own receipt time and a SHA-256 fingerprint.

  4. 4. Location Matched

    The device GPS during capture was within 150 m of the listing pin, with sufficient accuracy.

  5. 5. Human Reviewed

    A moderator checked the photos and confirmed the random proof code visible in one of them.

  6. 6. Kvadratio Verified

    All of the above for the listing, after it passed moderation.

We never treat EXIF data alone as proof of time or place.

Sea view

"Sea View Claimed" is the advertiser's statement. "Sea View AI Detected" means image analysis found sea with at least 70% confidence — an assistive signal. "Sea View Reviewed" appears only after a moderator confirms it.

Every listing shows price per m² and net area. The total is calculated as price per m² × net area and cannot be entered manually — the rule is enforced in our database.
