What we process
For live capture: the photos, a SHA-256 fingerprint of each file, the time our server received it, the time reported by your device, your device's GPS position and accuracy (only if you allow it), and camera metadata (EXIF) if present.
Why
To show accurate verification labels on your listing and to detect misuse such as reused or remotely taken photos.
Legal basis
Your consent, given before each capture session, and our legitimate interest in preventing fraudulent listings. You can withdraw consent at any time; labels based on it are then removed.
Retention (placeholder)
Capture location and device data: [X] months after the listing ends. Audit logs: [Y] years. Photos: while the listing is published and [Z] days afterwards.

Automated image analysis
We may use an image-analysis provider to estimate whether photos show the sea. Results are assistive only and never shown as "reviewed" without a human decision.
